DESCRIPTION:Crawford County Conservation League will host the Annual Fishing Rodeo located on Arkansas 59 just north of the Interstate 40 overpass in Van Buren. The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will be stocking the lake\, which will be closed from the time of stocking until after the kids’ rodeo.\nThe event will be held rain or shine but will not be held if there is lightning in the area. \nThe event is for children ages 15 and younger. Equipment is limited to cane poles or rod and reels that have been tied off to prevent casting. Five fish limit and no artificial bait. Prizes will be awarded by age group. \nFor additional information on the fishing rodeo call David at 479-806-7761.
