Are you looking for a kid friendly outside activity during spring break? Arkansas Game and Fish Commission educators will be at Lake Lou Emma offering a free family friendly bank fishing opportunity. We will provide all the fishing poles and tackle and bait. Youth under 16 do not need a fishing license. Anyone over 16 who wishes to participate and fish must possess a valid AR fishing license. Open to all ages, but youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. (If the adult doesn’t want to fish but to just assist the child, they will not be required to purchase a license)
